Our Council received its charter on May 26th 1983, becoming the third Council in the Greater Victoria area. Our members come from:

  • Our Lady of the Rosary Parish in Langford
  • St. Rose of Lima Parish in Sooke
  • Military Parish of Our Lady Star of the Sea
